Nine customers will leave this year, and nobody will see it coming.
Not because the signs were missing. Usage dropped. Tickets piled up. The sponsor stopped answering.
Your team watches four signals out of seven. The other three are blind spots.
Bring all seven onto one radar, and the account lights up while there is still time to act. Only thirteen percent of customers report receiving any proactive service.
Surprise departures: nine become zero. Ninety-five thousand euros of recurring revenue, protected.
Let's map your blind spots together. Choose a time that suits you.

Tell us which of the 7 account warning signals you track: one year of accounts replayed with your radar and with a complete one.
Fair questions.
What are the 7 warning signals?
A drop in usage or orders, more tickets or repeated critical ones, falling satisfaction, a sponsor or key contact leaving, late or failed payments, silence, and contract questions. In the call, we check which ones your tools already capture.
Do we need a new tool?
No. We start from your CRM, helpdesk and billing data. If a signal can’t be captured, we tell you which one and why.
How is this different from a health score?
A health score adds signals up; the radar makes sure each signal is watched and owned. The two work together.
Is proactive service common?
Not yet: only 13 % of customers report receiving any proactive service (Gartner). That’s the opportunity.
Is this a sales call?
It’s a working session. You leave with a plan you can run on your own. If you want help putting it in place, we can talk about that separately.
